Youth Development Coordinator
Tasi joined the Ignite Sport Team in 2024, but has been a part of the whānau since 2014 as a young person. Ignite Sport was very pivotal for Tasi during her Intermediate and College years, teaching her important values, helping her consider her character and providing a safe space for her to be herself.
She is thankful and excited to now be on the team and provide that same opportunity for the next generation. Naenae born and raised, she loves that she finds herself back in that very community that shaped her into who she is and is excited to give back.
Tasi loves playing sports and to gym. Her passion is seeing young people unlock their full potential and growing their confidence in themselves to believe they can achieve anything they put their mind to. Her hope is to see them thrive and represent their whānau, friends and community with mana in whatever they choose to pursue.
